Global Ocean Science Report: Charting Capacity for Ocean Sustainability

The Global Ocean Science Report (GOSR) is a global record of how, where and by whom ocean science is conducted. The data and resulting reports consider the workforce, infrastructures, equipment, funding, investments, publications, blue patents, data flow, exchange policies and national strategies. This follows on from the 2017 report, but includes sustainable development, blue patents, gender balance and capacity development. 45 countries submitted data for this report.

IPCC 5th Assessment - Synthesis Report

The Synthesis Report of the IPCC 5th Assessment (2014) provides an overview of the state of knowledge concerning the science of climate change. Detailed documentation of the 5th Assessment on the mitigation of climate change; impacts, adaptation and vulnerability; and the physical science basis can all be found here. The 6th Assessment is due out 2021-22.
