The Underwater Sound Forum is a thriving community of individuals who have an interest in underwater sound, be it in research, policy or engineering.
The USF has a decade long history and was created after a recommendation from the Underwater Sound and Marine Life progress report. The group is made up of a number of members from both the public and private sector, currently standing at over 200 members. For further information on the objectives of the USF, please see the Terms of Reference.
The Forum meets twice a year where members and invited guests showcase new research and updates are provided on standards and legislation. If you are interested in joining or have any queries, please contact Alice Kloker the USF & MSCC secretariat.
