ACCORD model results used to address critical gaps in knowledge

Model results developed under ACCORD have been used to address critical gaps in knowledge of ecological connectivity between the Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction (ABNJ) and the coastal zones of least developed countries. The results were used as evidence in the UNCLOS negotiation process. The information has been published in both peer-reviewed literature and policy documents.
