Oceanids Autosub Long Range (ALR) - Long-endurance autonomy for ocean observing

Building on the successful Autosub Long Range ALR6000 platform, the Oceanids team have developed a new series of vehicles to enhance the Autosub Long Range fleet, ALR1500. Offering extended range and other complementary capabilities, this workstream has enhanced National Marine Facilities' long-endurance autonomous platform offering for the scientific community and with planned future upgrades will play an important role in NOC's transition towards a low emission research infrastructure.

The NZOC WP4: Future Marine Autonomous Systems team cordial invite you to join the NOC's Dr. Alex Phillips and the Oceanids ALR development team for a presentation providing an overview of the new ALR capabilities and how these might be used for science.
